How do I know if I am my cat's favorite?
Ok so I'm new to cats, I have owned dogs my entire life. I don't spoil my pets but they always create an obsession with me which I still don't understand why.
So anyways, my best friend has been staying with me for 5 months, my kitten is only 8 months old so she has basically been raised with both of us.
She likes to hang out with him but when I go in the bathroom she scratches the door to come in, if I come to bed she lays right on my head. Doesn't matter where I am she is following me 80% of the time.
Do cats play favorites? If so, am I her favorite or she is just spoiled?

I had a dream about an white female tiger cub?
I had a dream that i have a pet, a white female tiger cub.
At first the was in a cage like place and a chain was around its neck, and it was with my brother's brown puppy. At first i was trying to feed my pet tiger but it refuses to eat what i have given it [I gave it a rice that is colored orange] and then my brother's puppy ate the food. I gave the tiger water and it drank. I took the tiger out of its cage and removed the chain that was around its neck. I carried it around [the tiger was purring] and while I was doing that it came into my mind that my pet tiger might hurt me and then I started to play with the tiger, I was not holding any toy so I used my right hand to play with it [the scene was like a cat playing with a string]. And then we just played all day long and I never returned it to its cage.
thats the end of my dream, so what does this dream mean?
thank you ((:

My friend is flirting with my cat?
So we have been intimate like a few m,onths and my friend (which I have a crush on) is constantly with my cat playing and him and her they are always together when she comes round and he always runs up the sofa and rubs against her neck and she strokes him seductively, it is really annoying and I can tell that they are trying to make me jealous or make me aware of something.
What can I do and how can I stop myself from becoming jealous?
Thanks.

First, are my two cats playing or fighting? Second, what is my cat's behavior trying to tell me?
First, Albert and Smitty, my two cats that are four and a half years old and brothers, get along fine most of the time. Until they were about a year old, they use to play all the time. Then they fought and would tolerate each other?s company for a year or two. Now they are close to five years old and get along most of the time and will make themselves comfortable in the same room.
Occasionally, they fight but I never see whether it is Albert, or it is Smitty, that instigates the provocation. I hear the hiss?s and the snarl?s, and by the time I turn to clap my hands as loud as I can, they are off and running.
Am I breaking up a fight, or am I interrupting playtime, or is it survival practice?
Second, both my cats, mostly Albert though, will come to me and will butt their head against my leg so I will pet them; subsequently, as soon as I do pet them, they walk off and will rub there heads against the nearest tall blades of grass, or butt their head against the nearest tree trunk or whatever happens to be worth butting.
What is the behavior saying?
I adopted Albert and Smitty from the SPCA when they were about two months old; both neutered.
They are both Indoor/Outdoor cats but they seem to like it more indoors the older they are becoming.
Before Albert was a year old, he had come back from his outdoor wanderings with a crushed front left leg and it had to be amputated.
After I had loudly clapped my hands, Albert had stayed put while Smitty had run off.
I have two separate food bowls but they both eat from each others bowl no matter how often I try to keep both of them from each others bowl.
